Job description

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Office Administrator to support multiple departments at our Support Office in St Johns. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily and weekly administration tasks while contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Undertake a wide range of administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office
  • Assist with loading job advertisements on Seek and other platforms
  • Support short-listing applicants and recruitment processes
  • Assist with debtors / creditors and financial administration tasks
  • Provide data entry support to the accounts team
  • Support Health & Safety administration
  • Foster a positive, professional, and motivating work environment for staff.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Proven experience in an office administration role is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
