This well-established Legal firm based in central Auckland, is seeking an experienced Trust Accounts Administratorto be a part of their close-knit team.

About the role :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trust Accounts Administrator. This role combines financial account management with administrative duties, with a primary focus on delivering optimal financial solutions to their Trust Account Clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform regular trust account reconciliation
  • Process fund transfers and manage trust account disbursements
  • Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional service
  • Order and process relevant financial and legal documentation
  • Assist in preparing information for client tax returns
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting as required
  • Provide general administrative support related to trust accounts

About you :

  • Similar 2 -3 trust accounting / admin experience - well versed with NZ trust accounting practices, complianceand legislation
  • Intermediate to advanced user of Excel and other MS Suite products
  • Excellent communication skills - both writtenand verbal
  • Analyticaland motivated
