About the role :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trust Accounts Administrator. This role combines financial account management with administrative duties, with a primary focus on delivering optimal financial solutions to their Trust Account Clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform regular trust account reconciliation
- Process fund transfers and manage trust account disbursements
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Order and process relevant financial and legal documentation
- Assist in preparing information for client tax returns
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting as required
- Provide general administrative support related to trust accounts
About you :
Similar 2 -3 trust accounting / admin experience - well versed with NZ trust accounting practices, complianceand legislationIntermediate to advanced user of Excel and other MS Suite productsExcellent communication skills - both writtenand verbalAnalyticaland motivatedTeam playerIn return the Company offers :
