About the Role
As an Enterprise Business Analyst Lead for Lending Compliance and Simplification initiatives, you will focus on achieving exceptional customer outcomes by spearheading and delivering comprehensive, strategic business analysis services across various business units, platforms, tribes, and squads within our lending environment.
This role will deepen your knowledge of our lending systems and processes and leverage your experience working within regulatory boundaries while you engage with a wide variety of stakeholders to deliver fit for purpose solutions.

You are known for taking a united, collaborative, and empowering approach to complex pieces of work.
Five or more years of experience
as an
Enterprise / Lead Business Analyst
with a demonstrated capability in business analysis and leadership activities across a range of projects.
CCCFA / Lending experience
is preferred.
