Enterprise Business Analyst Lead - Lending Compliance

About the Role

As an Enterprise Business Analyst Lead for Lending Compliance and Simplification initiatives, you will focus on achieving exceptional customer outcomes by spearheading and delivering comprehensive, strategic business analysis services across various business units, platforms, tribes, and squads within our lending environment.

This role will deepen your knowledge of our lending systems and processes and leverage your experience working within regulatory boundaries while you engage with a wide variety of stakeholders to deliver fit for purpose solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership in Business Analysis

• Lead business analysis activities across a number of strategic projects to meet compliance obligations while also looking to radically simplify business processes and products.

The successful candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills, critical thinking, and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.

You are known for taking a united, collaborative, and empowering approach to complex pieces of work.

Five or more years of experience

as an

Enterprise / Lead Business Analyst

with a demonstrated capability in business analysis and leadership activities across a range of projects.

CCCFA / Lending experience

is preferred.
