Pricing and Finance Administrator

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate pricing and discount data, supporting financial processes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. You’ll work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure pricing integrity and providing support to the financial team for reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately manage and upload all customer specific quotes, ensuring all discounts structures are correctly captured and loaded on the system
• Handling of pricing requests and queries, including the processing of rebates and credit recharges
• Weekly and monthly sales reporting
• Collaborate with sales team to resolve queries and discrepancies and any updates in JD Edwards
• Assistance with month-end activities

About You

You are a recently qualified graduate or have at least 2 years’ experience within finance or pricing administration. You’ll bring a can-do attitude with a strong willingness to learn to the role. You thrive on working with data, providing accurate and timely support, and proactively engaging with customers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and contribute to continuous improvement.
