The Role

In this pivotal role, you\'ll work side-by-side with our domestic Sales and Marketing teams, helping them hit their goals through smart insights, sound strategy, and savvy financial advice.

  • Commercial business partner to the Bulk Wine Supply Team and Marketing team
  • Advertising and Promotional Spend Management, and Portfolio Optimization Reviews
  • Build commercial acumen, strategy development & performance focus in the teams you partner with; Owner of the Month Reviews Process, Mid Month Call and Risk / Opportunities Management
  • Key lead of the Budgeting and Forecast processes for Wine Supply, A&P and Domestic Branded Markets
  • Review and control trade spend / A&P spend to ensure optimal spending, accurate monthly & year-end recognition of accruals & rebates, including allocation to brands, products & customers to support analysis
  • Support projects to drive efficiencies and improvements to ways of working, build commercial tools and processes and advancements in insightful reporting by embracing a continuous improvement mindset

This is a full time, fixed term role from November 2025 until August 2026 .

About you

As well as a background in accounting and finance, you will bring -

  • Experience as Management Accountant and Commercial Analyst within a commercial finance team, preferably in an FMCG environment
  • CA / CPA qualified (ideally, but not essential)
  • Finance Business Partner experience with the ability to engage independently with different functions within the business
  • Able to rapidly evolve finance ways of working to meet strategic shifts in the business
  • Ability to work with large data sets with Excel
