Overview

Part-Time / Remote Accounts Administrator – 7-8 hours per Week. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to assist with maintaining our financial records on a part-time, remote basis (approximately 7-8 hours per week).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile accounts
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Assist with month-end reporting and data entry
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Xero is essential
  • Proven background in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
  • Role Details

  • Hours : 1 day per week (7–8 hours)
  • Work type : Part-time / Remote (flexible schedule)
