About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about numbers? Sanitarium is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation that inspires and resources our community to experience happy, healthy lives.

This is a part-time role offering 36 hours per week, based at our Royal Oak office.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Entering supplier invoices into SAP
• Processing weekly EFT payments and reconciling accounts
• Managing vendor accounts and employee expense claims
• Maintaining and reconciling the Zeno credit card system
• Handling supplier enquiries and resolving discrepancies
• Supporting reception and broader AP functions
• Documenting processes and contributing to continuous improvement
