We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pricing & Finance Administrator to support our commercial and finance teams in Auckland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment where your work directly contributes to business performance and customer experience.About The RoleIn this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate pricing and discount data, supporting financial processes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

You'll work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure pricing integrity and providing support to the financial team for reporting requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately manage and upload all customer specific quotes, ensuring all discount structures are correctly captured and loaded on the systemHandling of pricing requests and queries, including the processing of rebates and credit rechargesWeekly and monthly sales reportingCollaborate with sales team to resolve queries and discrepancies and any updates in JD EdwardsAssistance with month-end activitiesAbout YouYou are a recently qualified graduate or have at least 2 years' experience within finance or pricing administration.
