The Business

One of NZ’s largest & well-known commercial property & funds management businesses, with properties located across all major cities in NZ. The key specialisations in the business cover : capital raising, asset & property management & structuring property funds.

The Role

The Head of Finance will lead a team of 7 and be responsible for all financial reporting and analysis for both property and funds areas of the business. This will cover internal and external reporting, financial strategy, commercial insights, forecasting, compliance and treasury.

Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To

• Support the Exec team with financial analysis and the development of the financial strategy
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, monthly management accounts and board reporting
• Execute investor payments and key point of contact for the external investors
• Lead the cash flow forecasting across the Group
• Financial forecasting and long-range planning
• Ensure all tax compliance obligations are met and oversee the company payroll
