About the Role

This hands-on finance role sits at the heart of a passionate, close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver accurate, timely accounts admin across AR, AP, and banking

Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations using Xero and AP workflow tools

Communicate with customers and suppliers with professionalism and warmth

Maintain clean ledgers and support month-end processes including fixed assets

Pitch in where needed with the wider team, this is a small organisation so you won\'t be silo\'d

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

2 years' experience in an accounting AR / AP and bank reconciliations

Confident using Xero and AP workflow tools

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Great communicator who builds positive relationships easily

Comfortable managing priorities and deadlines independently

You enjoy variety, value accuracy, and have a team-first attitude

A friendly, helpful nature and a real sense of ownership over your work
