X Commercial South Auckland is on the hunt for a motivated, detail-focused individual to join our Industrial Sales & Leasing team. This role is all about keeping the wheels turning and supporting the brokers with marketing, systems, and admin while building your own career foundations in the commercial property sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pulling together marketing material and coordinating property campaigns
• Preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation for clients
• Managing online property listings and keeping databases current
• Assisting the team with submissions and client pitches
• Coordinating meetings, following up on actions, and maintaining performance reports
• Handling the day-to-day admin and systems tasks that make the office run smoothly
