As a Senior Cloud Systems Administrator, you will be embedded in cross-functional teams driving the implementation and development of our expanding suite of enterprise applications, including Oracle Fusion and Workday.You will : Take ownership of day-to-day operations across multiple cloud platformsPerform configuration updates, implement technical changes, and provide comprehensive support to ensure optimal performanceDesign, implement, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructureCollaborate with technical and business stakeholders to meet operational requirements and industry best practicesBridge enterprise needs and technology solutions to support stability, performance, and evolution of core platformsWith a strong foundation in system administration—particularly in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and ideally Workday and Azure Entra ID—you will define and implement cloud infrastructure standards, document configurations, and ensure alignment with security and performance objectives.

You will collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams to support deployment, troubleshooting, and optimisation, and contribute to maintaining operational procedures.Success requires strong problem-solving, conceptual thinking, and exceptional stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

The ability to multi-task, switch contexts, and manage priorities will be key to delivering outcomes aligned with Beca's strategic goals.About youYou are a seasoned cloud systems administrator with a strong foundation in enterprise platforms and a passion for operational excellence.

With over 8 years of experience managing complex systems and delivering technical solutions, you bring a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to system administration.Your expertise spans Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), with additional exposure to platforms such as Workday, Datapay, and Azure Entra ID.

You have a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving technical issues, implementing configuration changes, and supporting integration activities across platforms.

You are adept at managing user access, monitoring system health, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and security policies.You thrive in collaborative environments, working with internal teams and external vendors to prioritise incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
