Overview

This role is essential for designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure that supports critical functions across finance, HR, procurement, and project delivery.

You will lead day-to-day operations across multiple cloud platforms, implement technical changes, and provide comprehensive support to ensure optimal performance of our leading software, technology platforms, systems, and applications.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and, ideally, Workday and Azure Entra ID.

Perform configuration updates, technical changes, and ongoing operational support for enterprise applications such as Oracle Fusion and Workday.

Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define infrastructure standards, document system configurations, and ensure alignment with security and performance objectives.

Act as a bridge between enterprise needs and technology solutions, supporting stability, performance, and evolution of core platforms.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues, implement configuration changes, and support integration activities across platforms.

Contribute to maintaining and updating operational procedures to reflect evolving technology platforms.

Qualifications

Over 8 years of experience in managing complex cloud and enterprise systems.

Strong foundation in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), with additional exposure to Workday, Datapay, and Azure Entra ID.

Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving technical issues, implementing configuration changes, and supporting integration activities.

Proficient in user access management, system health monitoring, and compliance with data privacy and security policies.

Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to engage, influence, and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
