The School of Future Environments at AUT is seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised Academic Administrator to provide professional and friendly support to students and staff. In this role, you will support students from admission and enrolment through to graduation, while contributing to the ongoing improvement of the school's administration systems.
He kōrero mōu | About you
The ideal candidate will bring exceptional customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, can-do approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in the tertiary education sector and familiarity with student management systems (e.g., Arion and Canvas) would be highly desirable.
