Sisa Limited is seeking a reliable and motivated Fleet Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our courier business based in Auckland.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to oversee the management, coordination and smooth operation of our vehicle fleet.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING THE FOLLOWING TASKS TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS :
- Organise the purchase, leasing, and sale of vehicles and manage related agreements.
- Manage vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Cordinate, plan and schedule deliveries, ensuring timely collection and delivery of goods.
- Supervise drivers, ensuring high standards of performance and customer service.
- Monitor compliance with transport laws, NZTA regulations, and health & safety requirements.
- Manage and Maintain customer bookings, fleet records, reports, and operational documents.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Liaise with clients and third parties to resolve issues and maintain service standards.
Qualification, Experience and Attributes Required
The applicant must have atleast 3 years of relevant industry experience and a Level 7 or above qualification.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and client service skills.Ability to lead, coordinate, and work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of vehicle leasing, purchasing, and maintenance processes.Pay & Benefits
Full-time permanent employment.Minimum of 30 hours / week guaranteed.Hourly rate ranges between $23.50-$24.Application Requirements :
