The Opportunity
Our client is a leading manufacturer for pulp, paper, and wood-fibre-based packaging.
They are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable / Receivable Administrator with office management experience for a temporary part-time role based in Penrose.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in Accounts Payable / Receivable
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Available to start ASAP
Key Responsibilities
Run aged receivables reports and follow up on overdue invoices; escalate when necessary
Prepare commentary on overdue accounts and lead fortnightly aged debtors meetings
Set up new customers (including reference checks, credit reports, PPSR registration)
Set up new vendors and maintain master data
Process OpenText queue and resolve AP issues with requisition creators
Review GRIR report and clear aged line items
Provide ad hoc and month-end reporting
Attend stocktakes as required
Manage office supplies, incoming parcels, consumables, and PPE
Manage the reception area and greet incoming customers and visitors
Manage stock levels for stationary and PPE
