Contract Administrator

We are seeking an energetic Contract Administrator to join our team. Based from our depot in Hillcrest, this is a key role within our team with significant responsibility and a focus on delivering a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service : Providing top-notch customer service internally and externally, building and maintaining strong relationships
• Data Entry : Accurately recording project and job-related information in multiple databases and ensuring tasks are managed to completion
• Asset Management : Overseeing and updating the asset management system
• Subcontractors : Maintaining subcontractor databases, prioritising and allocating workloads
• Monthly Reports : Analyzing data and preparing monthly reports for management and customers
• Accounts : Meeting financial reporting deadlines, completing monthly invoicing processes, raising purchase orders, invoices, and work orders
• Management Support : Providing high-level support to the Operations Manager, Team Leaders, and their teams
