We are seeking an energetic Contract Administrator to join our team.

Based from our depot in Hillcrest, this is a key role within our team with significant responsibility and a focus on delivering a high standard of customer service.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service : Providing top-notch customer service internally and externally, building and maintaining strong relationshipsData Entry : Accurately recording project and job-related information in multiple databases and ensuring tasks are managed to completionAsset Management : Overseeing and updating the asset management systemSubcontractors : Maintaining subcontractor databases, prioritising and allocating workloadsMonthly Reports : Analyzing data and preparing monthly reports for management and customersAccounts : Meeting financial reporting deadlines, completing monthly invoicing processes, raising purchase orders, invoices, and work ordersManagement Support : Providing high-level support to the Operations Manager, Team Leaders, and their teamsWhat We're Looking For / QualificationsMinimum of 2 years' experience in a similar industryAbility to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractorsExcellent verbal and written communication and strong report writing skillsExperience in financial management and proficiency in tasks such as raising purchase orders, invoicing, and handling monthly billing proceduresProficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and demonstrated expertise in data entryValid full NZ driver's licenseWhy Join UsBe part of a business that has been an industry leader for over 30 yearsContribute to a rewarding role, helping upkeep the community and its surrounding green spacesA $300 annual wellness benefit (after qualifying period) and annual salary reviewsInternal and external opportunities for additional learning and developmentAbout UsSince
