We are now seeking an energetic individual to join our team as Contract Administrator.What does a Contract Administrator do, you ask?
We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator who thrives in a busy and collaborative environment and is focused on delivering exceptional business support.
Based from our depot in Hillcrest, this is a key role within our team and carries a significant amount of responsibilityand we seek interest from highly motivated individuals who enjoy a challenge and take pride in delivering a high standard of customer service.Your responsibilities will includeCustomer Service : Providing top-notch customer service both internally and externally, building and maintaining strong relationshipsData Entry : Accurately recording project and job-related information in multiple databases and ensuring tasks are managed to completionAsset Management : Overseeing and updating the asset management systemSubcontractors : Maintaining subcontractor databases, prioritising and allocating workloadsMonthly Reports : Analysing data and preparing monthly reports for management and customersAccounts : Meeting financial reporting deadlines, completing monthly invoicing processes, raising purchase orders, invoices, and work ordersManagement Support : Providing high-level support to the Operations Manager, Team Leaders, and their teamsWhat it is we're looking for : Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar industry.
Other attributes include : The ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractorsExcellent verbal and written communication as well as excellent report writing skillsExperience in financial management and proficient in tasks such as raising purchase orders, invoicing, and handling monthly billing proceduresProficiency in the Microsoft suite of programs, Excel, Word, Outlook and demonstrated expertise in data entryHolds a valid full, NZ driver's licenseMost importantly, we're looking for a self-motivated team player who takes initiative, effectively manages their time across tasks, and consistently meets deadlines.
