We are seeking an experienced Associate Finance Business Partner to join our tight-knit team of 9. We are known for our collaborative spirit and genuine support for one another. You’ll work closely with the faculties / LSRI / service divisions to provide high-quality management accounting support and strategic financial insight. You’ll deliver high-quality financial analysis and business planning support that informs strategic and operational decision-making. Your deep understanding of business units and financial drivers will contribute to robust financial plans, enable informed decisions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Building strong relationships and aligning financial activity with broader organisational strategy will be key to success.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) role. The salary range for the role is $83,300 - $102,900 based on skills and experience. For more detailed information, please refer to the position description.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality management accounting support and strategic financial insight to faculties / LSRI / service divisions.
• Deliver financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting to inform strategic and operational decision-making.
• Develop robust financial plans, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and align financial activity with organisational strategy.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and navigate complex financial environments.
• Engage in capital planning, benefits realisation, and ensure adherence to financial governance principles.
• Take initiative, own tasks, and proactively contribute to hands-on activities to drive outcomes.
