Operations Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Own all financial aspects and compliance of the Taupo and Hamilton plants, including lead for financial performance, CAPEX, new product development costing, and business initiatives and growth modelling.
• Oversee three direct reports and lead the formation of new financial processes for the Taupo manufacturing facility, with a focus on automation and growth.
• Provide the business with analysis, insights, and transparent reporting to enable performance to be measured, monitored, and used as a basis for key decision-making.
• Coordinate, consolidate, and finalise information from the Manufacturing components of the business and manage the completion of budgets, forecasts, and reporting packs.
• Lead process improvement and support the business growth, including management of the provision of BI information (COGNOS / TM1 / Qlikview / PowerBI).
