Be involved in a major Shared Services transformation programme, providing financial support and advice to aid decision through shaping business cases, developing a cost recovery framework, and embedding finance into the design of the organisation's future operating model.
This position is perfect for a commercially minded finance professional who can combine technical expertise with strong communication and relationship skills — someone equally capable of building robust financial models as they are of advising and influencing executives.
Key responsibilities
Act as the senior finance partner for the Shared Services programme.
Lead the development of business cases, cost–benefit analysis and financial modelling.
Design and implement a group-wide cost recovery / recharge model.
Contribute to the design of finance processes, systems and reporting for the future operating model.
Engage and partner with executives, programme leads and other key stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
Provide financial insights that highlight risks, opportunities, and support savings delivery.
What you'll bring
CA or equivalent professional registration.
10+ years' experience in senior finance, accounting or business advisory roles.
Strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
Proven experience in transformational change projects within complex organisations.
Advanced financial modelling and commercial analysis expertise.
Knowledge of shared services and recharge / cost recovery models (preferred).
