About The Role

As a Senior Finance Business Partner , you will be a trusted business partner, providing insightful and comprehensive financial advice and support to the Southern Cross leadership team (HSLT) and their senior leadership teams (SLT). This includes provision of the analysis, challenge and guidance that proactively inform key business decisions.

Responsibilities also include :

• Supporting the financial planning process by partnering with the business to achieve financial and member outcome targets and understanding industry trends.
• Ensuring financial implications are understood from a governance perspective and adhering to accounting policies are crucial.
• Collaboration with Financial Control and Actuarial functions is necessary, as is challenging the status quo and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Building trusted relationships and championing collaborative ways of working to achieve overall objectives.
