Reporting to the Head of Finance, we are looking for a highly capable Commercial Finance Manager to join our Commercial Partners team. This role is a key connection between the Finance function and Westpac’s Wealth Management business (BTNZ), as well as other business units. You’ll play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, delivering insights, and supporting senior leaders to achieve strategic and financial outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, we are looking for a highly capable Commercial Finance Manager to join our Commercial Partners team. This role is a key connection between the Finance function and Westpac’s Wealth Management business (BTNZ), as well as other business units. You’ll play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, delivering insights, and supporting senior leaders to achieve strategic and financial outcomes.

You will be a trusted Business Partner to the BTNZ CEO, Product Sustainability and Marketing (PSM) Leadership Team, and other senior stakeholders. You’ll collaborate across finance and business teams to develop strategic plans, monitor performance, and provide high-quality financial advice that supports delivery.

This role requires strong experience in funds management and the ability to work confidently with executive and board-level stakeholders.

The Role Is Primarily Responsible To

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver strategic financial plans.
• Provide timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate across finance and business units to drive strategic and financial outcomes.
• Communicate complex financial information clearly across all levels of the organisation.
• Support the CFO, Head of Financial Performance, Strategy & Partnering, Financial Controller, and divisional Heads of Finance.
