You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple business units, giving you hands-on exposure to commercial decision-making from day one.About the RoleThis is your opportunity to make your first move from public practice into a high-impact commercial finance role where you'll add real value to the business.Key responsibilities include : Partnering with senior leadership to deliver financial insights that shape business performance and commercial decisionsBuilding and managing financial models for business cases, forecasting, and scenario planningDriving budgeting and planning cycles across multiple service linesPreparing and presenting reporting packs and dashboards to executive stakeholdersSupporting commercial reviews, pricing strategy, and margin analysis for key projectsAbout YouIdeally CA or CPA qualified3+ years of BAS or advisory experience within a NZ Big Four firm or similar backgroundPreviously worked within the Big Four (current or past experience considered)A natural confidence in presenting numbers and advising senior stakeholdersA growth mindset and desire to broaden your career outside of a traditional BAS role within public practiceWhat's in it for You?
