• About the role
• As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial and commercial insight to drive performance. You will support the CFO to manage key financial operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. This role provides an opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the business through high-quality analysis and proactive advice.
• Key responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and commercially sound advice that supports decision-making
• Oversee all aspects of tax management
• Review R&D expenditure and determine appropriate capitalisation
• Support financial performance analysis
• Provide accurate and timely reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory obligations
• Contribute to successful project outcomes by, ensuring financial risks and opportunities are well managed
• What we’re looking for
• A relevant tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or similar (CA / CPA qualification preferred)
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential – written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and tax obligations
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance financial rigour and business needs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills; able to influence and build relationships at all levelsThis is a high-impact role where you will work closely with leaders across the business and contribute directly to strategic and operational success.
