Senior Manager Finance Business Partnering - Support Units
An exciting vacancy has become available; this is an outstanding opportunity to grow in your business partnering career and make an integral contribution to ASB's business objectives.
The purpose of this role is to act as a key "trusted" finance partner to General Managers primarily within the Enterprise Operations business unit.
You'll provide world class business performance reporting and proactive insights to support decision making.
This role is accountable for extraction, analysis and delivery of value-add dashboards, month end reporting and variance analysis, forecasting and business insights.
You'll identify and communicate information that enables the business to make improved outcomes and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
Key customers include the Head of Finance, MI team, other parts of Financial Services and key Business Unit General Managers.

| What do I need to be successful?
To be successful in this role you will require a strong understanding of the typical finance processes which support business operations and a genuine interest in the business.
Additionally, the following skills and attributes are needed -
A deep understanding of any technical aspects relating to the services being offered by the business.
Experience in forecasting and management reporting for a business of a similar nature.
An ability to communicate difficult concepts clearly, concisely and simply to senior leaders within the business and the Finance function.
Proven leadership and problem-solving skills in a finance environment.
Able to think creatively and strategically to successfully mediate and negotiate with individuals and groups internally and externally.
Able to overcome obstacles to cooperation and to foster harmonious relations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Management or other relevant field.
