About the Role

You'll be central to building a smarter, sharper approach to compliance — suited to a start-up that’s growing fast. Key Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring of customer interactions, ensuring quality, fairness and compliance.
• Conduct control testing and deliver feedback that drives continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to identify risk trends and process efficiencies.
• Support incident investigations, complaint resolution, and regulatory reporting.
• Help shape risk culture through policy development, training, and advisory input.
