About the role

If you\'ve previously worked as an auditor and are seeking a fresh challenge, or if you already have experience in Risk, joining our Risk Advisory team offers a dynamic opportunity to grow.

We\'re a rapidly expanding team looking for someone at the intermediate level who's eager to be trained, developed and supported in advancing their career.

Join our team as a Risk Assurance and Consulting Analyst.

You\'ll provide consulting, risk assurance, process and controls transformation, consulting and third-party assurance services to our clients to Management, Board or Audit Committee, adding value across the organisation.

Responsibilities

Involvement in leading and executing consulting projects, risk assurance, and process / control transformations.

Assess internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.

Communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential risks.

Develop and implement risk management strategies and plans.

Present risk management strategies to clients and key stakeholders.

Implement risk management systems and protocols.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management systems.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to risk management.

Experience & Qualifications

1-2 years of professional services experience.

Strong understanding of risk management and / or consulting and audit services.

Working towards a qualification from CAANZ, CIMA, CIIA, or equivalent.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Effective time management and multitasking abilities.

Ownership and accountability in delivering engagements independently and as part of a team.

Experience with flow charting / data analytics software is a plus.

Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally.
