This is a broad and influential role, reporting directly to the Finance Director and sitting on the Management team.About The RoleThis is a career-defining opportunity for a proactive and trusted professional to make a real impact in a complex, purpose-driven organisation.As Risk & Compliance Manager, you'll lead the organisation's risk management framework, oversee compliance and ethics programmes, manage the insurance portfolio, and provide governance support at board level.
