As the
Manager - Corporate Compliance
you will :
Lead and influence conversations, ensuring complex regulatory obligations are translated into clear, actionable guidance.
Monitor and enhance bank-wide adherence to Compliance Management Framework policies, including Incident Management and Due Diligence of Offer Documents.
Provide timely, insightful reporting and escalations to senior management, risk committees, and the Board.
Identify and apply regulatory changes to compliance processes and systems.
Share knowledge and develop training to uplift compliance risk management skills across the business.
Review and challenge Line 1 assessments, root causes, actions, and incident closures.
Support the development and implementation of compliance policy documents and training materials.
Deliver governance reporting to management, the Board, and regulators.
Provide subject matter expertise and advice to ensure compliance incidents are managed and remediated in line with policy and regulatory expectations.
Strong knowledge of compliance risk management and financial services regulation, especially licensing and incident management.
The ability to communicate complex obligations succinctly and in plain English.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to 'join the dots' and take a pragmatic approach.
Outstanding verbal and written communication and influencing skills.
Sound judgment and decision-making capability.
The ability to draw meaningful insights from data for senior management and board reporting.
