Manager - Cyber Security - Risk Management or Technology Audit

As a Manager in our Cyber team, you’ll lead engagements that help clients identify, assess, and manage cyber risks. You’ll work across a range of industries, advising on strategy, governance, risk management, and technical solutions to strengthen cyber resilience.

Ngā Pūkenga | Skills and attributes for success

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or technology audit.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and threat landscapes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are a plus.
  • Experience in consulting or professional services is preferred.

Ko Tō Rourou | Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cyber risk assessments, maturity reviews, and threat modelling exercises.
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and frameworks.
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, NZ Privacy Act).
  • Manage project delivery, budgets, and client relationships.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development.
