Why This Role Matters
As a Senior Commercial / Finance Advisor you’ll be the trusted commercial advisor for your segment, providing financial insight and partnering with business leaders to shape and deliver strategic plans. You’ll play a key role in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial negotiations, as well as supporting projects, M&A activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Impact Will Include
- Being the trusted commercial voice for your segment, offering strategic insight and financial leadership. Enable sound decision-making through analysis and collaboration.
- Leading the P&L and balance sheets and championing performance accountability across the business segment.
- Driving budgeting, forecasting, and planning with precision and purpose.
- Connecting your business area with technical finance teams (FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Business Services) to ensure effective delivery of finance activities
- Partnering on high-impact commercial initiatives, investments, and acquisitions.
- Challenging assumptions, unlocking value, and identifying growth opportunities through data-driven analysis.
- Support working capital and CAPEX planning and participate in strategic projects and M&A activity.
What You Bring
CA / CPA qualification (or equivalent).Expert-level financial analysis skills, with the ability to turn analysis into actionable insights.5+ years in finance or commercial leadership roles, ideally within manufacturing or engineering.Confidence to influence at executive level and communicate financial data with clarity and impact.Proven experience leading and developing a small team.Commercial curiosity — a drive to uncover the story behind the numbers.Strong expertise in costing and pricing.Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.A champion of change, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.You’ll Thrive Here If You
