Our teams boast a high-level of technical expertise, while embracing innovation, a strong customer focus and providing opportunities for personal development and professional career growthYou will provide technical advice and certifications related to subdivision consents and activities across Tamaki Makaurau with a primary focus on s223 survey plan approvals and s224(c) RMA completion documents.As a senior team member, you will have a clear understanding of risk, be able to provide consistent and proportional decision making, and a strong emphasis on customer management, coaching others, and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.Experienced in the subdivision and land title fieldHold a tertiary qualification in surveying, planning or similarExperienced as a coach and mentorFocussed on building capacity within the teamCustomer centric focusAbility to develop and maintain quality relationships with multiple stakeholdersWe offer a competitive salary, and varied learning and career progression opportunities across the wider Council group.
