What You'll Do

As the Senior Manager, Commodity Risk, you'll lead the commodity and market risk function at Genesis. You'll be responsible for :

• Designing and maintaining the Market Trading Risk framework across generation, retail, and trading portfolios.
• Building stochastic and deterministic models to simulate market conditions and assess portfolio risk.
• Leading the middle office function to ensure accurate trade validation and compliance with internal and external policies.
• Overseeing the valuation and accounting of energy derivatives, including complex, bespoke contracts.
• Representing the team in technology transformation projects, advising on design for trading and risk systems.
• Leading and developing a team of analysts, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
