As a Mortgage Adviser, you'll play a crucial role in guiding clients through the mortgage process, providing expert advice, and ensuring they secure the best financing options.

Responsibilities

Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products from our extensive panel of lenders

Collaborate with lenders, real estate agents, accountants, property managers and legal professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

Educate clients on mortgage terms, interest rates, and repayment options.

Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the loan application process.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser or similar role.

Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending criteria, and financial regulations.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Level 5 NZ Certificate in Financial Services.

Rights to work in New Zealand.
