Business Development Coordinator (Client & Industries)Join to apply for the Business Development Coordinator (Client & Industries) role at PwC New ZealandBusiness Development Coordinator (Client & Industries)Join to apply for the Business Development Coordinator (Client & Industries) role at PwC New ZealandKia ora,Nga korero mo tenei turanga / About the roleAs an integral member of the Markets team, you will support the execution of the firm's top go-to-market priorities, focusing on supporting our Priority sectors and Strategic account teams.This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a diverse group of partners, sector experts, and client teams, providing a collaborative and fast-paced environment where your contributions make a direct impact on the firm's success.The key responsibilities of the Clients and Industries Coordinator is to support the Sector leads and account teams with a wide range of tasks that help the teams operate effectively, improve knowledge and information sharing within and across teams, and help drive successful and timely go to market activity and pursuits.Arranging and attending meetings and proactively managing attendance responses and agendasPreparing sector, account and client meeting documents and ensuring they are shared across the team and saved in the team drive eg account plans, relationship mapsWorking with the team to provide bid coordination and support across our GTM Sectors and account pursuitsMaintaining key sector and account administration tools eg sector and account team email group, sector and account team google drivesWorking with the team to prepare meeting notes and actions and support with proactively managing the completion of actionsCoordinating account administration and keeping information updated in SalesforceHelping with building / preparing / updating client event and thought leadership mailing lists in SalesforceSupport with preparing the sector and account dashboards insights reportFormatting for all required documents e.g. ELT reports, presentations to internal audiences, meeting presentationsProactively reviewing the revenue dashboard and troubleshooting any issues eg jobs not correctly reported or split between BUsAssisting in completing a range of client or sector specific tasks that arise from time to time, eg small events, client financial year end, client feedback.Business or Marketing degree2+ years experience working in a business development role, ideally within Sectors and IndustriesProfessional Services firm experience (desirable)Knowledge and experience using SalesforceKnowledge and experience with e marketing toolsUnderstanding and experience of bid coordinationCollaborative team player - able to build successful relationships in a multidisciplinary sales and marketing communications teamsStrong people skills with the ability to quickly build trust, credibility and rapport with a variety of stakeholdersExcellent project management and organisational skills - comfortable juggling multiple competing deadlines and working in a fast-paced and varied environmentAbility to stay focused on the task at handSelf starter - proactive when dealing with problems and confident to suggest and execute ideas for improvementResilient, adaptable and flexibleStrong attention to detail and process orientedUnrivalled level of access to industry expertise, both locally and through our wider global network of member firms, where you'll be enabled by cutting-edge technology.PwC shows care to employees by providing life and income protection as part of our total remuneration package.PwC's paid parental leave applies to all parents regardless of gender, so all our employees can be involved with raising their childrenEnhanced leave capabilities - an opportunity to purchase additional leave and two staff recognition days available each year.Nga ahuatanga hirahira o te mahi ki PwC / Highlights of working at PwC NZWith PwC, you'll belong to a whanau, a community of problem solvers, where differences are embraced.
