About the Role

Job Location : Australia & New Zealand

Shift timing : 9AM - 6PM

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager with extensive expertise in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) services , particularly Power Platform solutions . The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating new business, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Experience within the not-for-profit sector is a significant advantage, as we partner exclusively with charities, NGOs, and other mission-driven organizations to help them achieve their digital transformation goals. This role will form part of our Engagement Team and will report to our BD Global Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Microsoft D365 and Power Platform solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their challenges and positioning solutions accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including consultants and technical specialists, to deliver tailored proposals
  • Stay updated on Microsoft product developments and industry trends
  • Engage with key stakeholders in the not-for-profit sector to understand their digital transformation needs
  • Represent XP at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development / sales for Microsoft D365 and Power Platform solutions
  • Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, automation, and data analytics within Microsoft’s ecosystem
  • Experience operating within the not-for-profit sector (preferred)
  • Ability to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft licensing, partner networks, and incentive programs
