The Opportunity

We're seeking a driven and autonomous B2B Sales Specialist to join our high performing team. This role offers a blend of new business development and account management, with excellent earning potential and comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert one-off clients into long-term service agreements, manage subscription and annuity-based maintenance plans, and cross-sell a range of facility maintenance services.
  • Implement targeted and collaborative strategies to drive business growth, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
  • Provide practical and solutions-focused customer service while maintaining strong, lasting client relationships.

What You\'ll Bring

  • Proven B2B sales experience in service-based industries, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a results-driven approach.
  • Self-motivated, commercial acumen, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Valid NZ driver\'s license and a passion for building client relationships.
