Executive Sous Chef

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Executive Sous Chef to help oversee all kitchen operations across our à la carte, banquets, and stewarding teams. This is a pivotal leadership role where innovation meets excellence, and where your culinary vision will shape the guest experience.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Lead and manage all kitchen areas, ensuring smooth daily operations across restaurant, room service, and events.
• Deliver consistently high-quality cuisine that meets and exceeds guest expectations.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement innovative menus and food concepts.
• Maintain top-tier hygiene and safety standards in line with HACCP and WHS regulations.
• Drive cost control, purchasing, and reporting to meet financial performance targets.
• Foster a culture of excellence, training, and development within the kitchen brigade.
• Champion Accor’s HEARTIST principles to create memorable guest experiences.
