Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and execute traditional Chinese roast meats, including char siu (barbecued pork), siu yuk (crispy roast pork), and roast duck.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver efficient service during peak hours.
- Innovate menu items while staying true to authentic recipes.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Chinese cuisine, with proven expertise in siu laap preparation.Either have the above proven work experience or holding a Senior Chinese Chef Certificate.Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; physical stamina required.Mandarin / Cantonese a plus.What we offer :
