We\'re seeking a driven CEO Growth Partner to be the CEO\'s strategic right-hand in a fast-growing company. This isn\'t just an administrative role—you\'ll optimise business processes, implement AI and technology solutions, and gain exposure to every aspect of our operations.

After 12 months, you\'ll have deep knowledge of how a successful food tech business operates and proven experience driving operational improvements.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Auckland office.

Day to day in the role, you will :

• Process Optimisation & Technology : Identify and implement workflow improvements, leveraging AI and automation tools to increase efficiency by measurable percentages.
• Research, recommend, and deploy digital tools and systems that make our operations smarter.
• Lead technology adoption initiatives across departments.
• Executive Support & Operations : Manage CEO calendar, travel, and priorities—ensuring focus on highest-impact activities
• Handle inbox management and communication workflows, prioritising what needs attention and ensuring response times meet our 24-hour standard.
• Prepare presentations, coordinate meetings, and track follow-up actions so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Support internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion.
• Take ownership of team coordination, event planning, and administrative systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and represent company values in all interactions.
