Strategic influence, transformational environment. Bureau is undertaking a confidential market search for this senior executive role and invite expressions of interest from exceptional leaders. This role requires an experienced and strategic People & Culture Executive - a trusted adviser to the CEO and a respected peer at the executive leadership table. You’ll be known for your ability to think enterprise-wide, influence broadly and to lead transformation through people. This is a pivotal time for this services based organisation, which is embarking on a significant transformation journey towards a technologically enabled future in an evolving customer landscape. Whilst change enablement is a critical theme, the organisation’s culture is a genuine strength, with a longstanding reputation for valuing and supporting people and this will continue.
Responsibilities
The remit is predominantly strategic, although you will be in the detail at times, leading a small HR / OD team and capability initiatives, with a clear mandate to shape future workforce readiness, support enterprise transformation, and position the organisation for long term success.
