About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Enterprise Transformation Lead to drive the enterprise-wide adoption of ASB's PACE model. This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment with strategic goals, optimising delivery frameworks, and fostering continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure enterprise-wide adoption of the PACE model through implementing best practices to drive delivery excellence and efficiency.
• Performance Analytics : Utilise quality data to measure and refine delivery performance, driving data-driven decision-making and interventions.
• Drive adoption and consistency against ASB's Delivery framework and governance controls.
• Strategic collaboration with Executive and Senior Leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to shape decision making and drive uplift and continuous improvement.
• Ensure changes to the model and delivery frameworks are clearly communicated, effectively adopted, and embedded across the organisation.
