About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Enterprise Transformation Lead to drive the enterprise-wide adoption of ASB's PACE model.

This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment with strategic goals, optimising delivery frameworks, and fostering continuous improvement across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure enterprise-wide adoption of the PACE model through implementing best practices to drive delivery excellence and efficiency.Performance Analytics : Utilise quality data to measure and refine delivery performance, driving data-driven decision-making and interventions.Drive adoption and consistency against ASB's Delivery framework and governance controls.Strategic collaboration with Executive and Senior Leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to shape decision making and drive uplift and continuous improvement.Ensure changes to the model and delivery frameworks are clearly communicated, effectively adopted, and embedded across the organisation.What Do I Need to Be Successful?

Analytical excellence : exceptional verbal, numerical, and critical reasoning skills to solve complex problems and translate ambiguity with ease.Expertise in delivery frameworks, in both doing and in designing solutions and implementation.Proven cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.Strategic influence and thinking with strong stakeholder management, especially at senior levels.Executive communication : exceptional written communication and presentation skills, including writing papers for executives.Project management experience with ability to meet critical deadlines.Agility and resilience, and ability to navigate ambiguous environments.Working for ASBASB is grounded in our values (caring, curiosity and courage).
