The Role
We are looking for a permanent, full‑time Project Administrator to provide wide‑range project and administrative support across an array of exciting health projects and initiatives. The project administrator will be instrumental in ensuring operational and delivery teams receive crucial administrative support across all relevant service and project work, helping to keep us on track to achieving great outcomes for ProCare practices, their enrolled patients, and our strategic partners.
Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on multiple service outcomes, coordinating resources, supporting delivery and operational teams, developing partnerships with community providers, processing claims, general administration support, proactively identifying efficiencies, and escalating issues or obstacles as early as possible.
