Project Coordinator

As the Project Coordinator, you'll help keep projects moving, coordinate between partners and internal teams, and make sure key information, schedules and data are accurate and up to date. We have two very exciting pieces of work in our Operations team with a focus on Asset Management; this is a hands‑on coordination role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple internal and external relationships.

You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team, working closely with subject matter experts, vendors, and delivery partners to enable strategically important projects across Connexa's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and performing the scheduling, co‑ordination and tracking of the end‑to‑end process, ensuring all stakeholders activities are delivered on time
• Maintain accurate project data and documentation across multiple systems.
• Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to support implementation, testing, and issue resolution.
• Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and reporting to keep projects on track.
• Prepare progress updates and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Support continuous improvement and help embed new systems and processes into day‑to‑day operations.
