- Property Administrator (Part-time | Hybrid)
- Auckland | 15-20 hours per week | Flexible schedule
- We have a part-time opportunity available in our property team for someone who thrives in an organised, detail-oriented environment and enjoys variety in their day.You’ll support the Head of Property and the Property & Facilities Manager with lease administration, property coordination, and data management.This is a hybrid role and has a flexible start date. You can choose your own hours between Monday and Friday, ideally spread across several days, with at least one day a week in the office.

- , you’ll play a key role in keeping our property portfolio running smoothly by :
- Maintaining and updating lease and property information in
- Nomos One
- , our property management system
- Tracking key lease dates, renewals, expiries, and compliance obligations
- Reviewing and processing invoices and rental statements accurately and on time
- Assisting with lease documentation, renewals, and property maintenance coordination
- Preparing reports, maintaining accurate digital filing, and supporting day-to-day property operations
- Working closely with internal teams and external property providers to ensure everything runs seamlessly
- About You | Mōu
- We’re looking for someone who :
- Has at least 1–3 years’ experience in property administration or a similar role
- Brings excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive mindset
- Communicates confidently and builds great relationships with colleagues, landlords, and service providers
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and property systems — experience with Nomos One would be an advantage
- Enjoys working both independently and as part of a supportive team
