Property Manager

About the Role

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and sales driven Property Manager to

join our team. We are a boutique Property management company with portfolio

across the Greater Auckland. We also have blocks of units that we manage in the

Bay of Plenty.

Prefer Property Management experience; strong focus on sales and growth.

Candidate is required to be able to drive between Auckland and Rotorua.

Hours : Min 35 hours / week

Key Responsibilities

 Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential rental properties

 Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant

legislation (Residential Tenancies Act, Healthy Homes Standards, etc.)

 Liaise with landlords and tenants, addressing queries and resolving issues

promptly

 Coordinate property maintenance and repairs

 Prepare tenancy agreements and manage rent collection

 Handle tenancy disputes and attend Tribunal hearings if required

 Maintain accurate records and documentation

 Ensure properties are marketed effectively and vacancies are minimised

About You

 1 to3 years’ experience as a Property Manager (residential preferred)

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

 Strong knowledge of NZ tenancy laws and Healthy Homes Standards

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Highly organised, with strong attention to detail

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office

 Ability to build & grow the property portfolio

 Full NZ driver’s licence

 Ability to drive long distance
