What your role and typical day might look like

At the core, this role provides leadership to a high performing team and strategic development of clients within your portfolio. You’ll be tasked with delivering a high-quality service, performance and return on investment across various campaigns as the chief problem solver and innovator for your clients.

Client Partners naturally lean on strong leadership skills, a growth / commercial mindset, are innovative in nature and over communicates to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals, deadlines and ideas. In addition to providing world-class client service and media planning excellence, you'll uncover opportunities to expand our presence and offerings, support new business pitches and be a trusted partner to our clients while ensuring commercial viability.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial success by managing revenue and margin delivery across your client portfolio, identifying efficiencies, and supporting optimal contract structures.
• Lead strategic growth through client development, satisfaction, and collaboration with senior leadership to expand services and ensure profitability.
• Deliver client excellence by developing high-quality solutions aligned to client objectives and maintaining strong, strategic relationships that balance client needs with dentsu’s capabilities.
• Strengthen client partnerships through consistent relationship health checks, engagement tracking, and collaboration with leadership to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.
• Inspire and lead by coaching high-performing teams, defining clear roles, supporting development plans, and swiftly addressing underperformance to drive results.
• Champion talent and culture by solving client challenges collaboratively, aligning cross-functional expertise, and contributing to a people strategy that attracts and retains top talent.
• Deliver integrated solutions by consistently leveraging data, analytics, and creative resources to build impactful, cross-functional campaign strategies.
